6 ways to write your assignments better

The best part of being a student is that you get to learn new things every day. But learning can be so frustrating at times, right? Good memorising and learning skills of your assignment will help you score better marks and will lead to your academic success. So, how do you memorise and learn your lessons faster?

Here are six ways that can help you get better at learning.

ü Exercise More

Physical exercise does not only make your body fit, but it also helps you to have a clear mind which in turn helps you to memorise your lessons better. Working out flushes in more oxygen into the brain thus enhancing its capacity to learn and remember faster. If you think you cannot take in your lessons any more, go for a jog or a walk. You can even try mental exercises to improve your learning ability.

ü Write what you have learnt

This is a ninja technique when it comes to better learning — write more and write often. Every time you sit down to learn a lesson, write down after learning in parts. While it may seem a little repetitive at times, but writing down your assignments will help you learn them better. Even while revising, I suggest that you write it down, however time-consuming it may seem.

ü Study more in the afternoon

A recent study has shown that studying and learning in the afternoon can have a better effect on your memory training. It is a known fact how most doctors say that our brain is more active when there is daylight. Avoid night hours and keep your learning material for the afternoon.

ü Practice yoga

Yoga has several benefits, and one of them is how it aids in improving the brain’s functioning. Practising yoga before sitting with your assignment help you to learn your lessons better and faster. Yoga also helps you fight stress and anxiety, which are the base reasons for inattentiveness thus helping you build more concentration.
